Hi,
Could someone please help explain how GLPI deals with incoming emails? I'm using version 0.7-RC1 and have configured Mail Gateway for IMAP. Although it connects with no errors to my server and the mailbox, it responds with a message saying that there is no emails, when clearly there are. Am I doing the configuration in the right area? Is there something else that I am not doing right? GLPI is configured on a Debian system. All I'm looking to do is for GLPI to take an incoming email and create a ticket in the helpdesk.
