I would like to know if GLPI controls tickets of more than one COMPANY on the same data base.
If not, what is the suggestion to have the beter of the Inventory (Computers, Softwares, Supplies..), Tickets performance and the financial controls using GLPI.

Is this handled by a plug-in or something? using version 0.7-RC1. I'm looking to use GLPI to create and handles support requests for multiple companies. When clicking on helpdesk I can only select a requester who has been created in the users section in GLPI. I'm looking to select a Contact or Company rather.

You must create entities and user rights on entities and so when you have selected your entity, you can create helpdesk for a user from this entitiy
