0.7-RC1 Issue

Trying to update the 0.7-RC1 in a test environment. Start the update process and then when I get to the   the confirmation of the update I get the following screen/error:

UPDATE

DATABASE connection succed

Fatal error: Call to undefined function update031to04() in C:\Program Files\OCS Inventory NG\xampp\htdocs\glpi\install\update.php on line 470

I can then exit (nothing to go any further) and login to the console but still 0.68.3 and nothing has changed.

Any ideas?
