Using a followup in addition to update - Enh. Request

I would love to see GLPI update the ticket in addition to adding the followup in a single click. Currently I have to document the followup - press Post - and then make changes to the ticket (such as status or assignee) and click update. In my opinion all of the above should be handled by the Post.
