IS there a way to assign a ticket to a group of users?
I know I can set a group in the notification options, but my scenario is this:
I got a Second line helpdesk, lets call it "citrix-helpdesk"
So, I've made a group "citrix-helpdesk".
In group citrix-helpdesk, I've got 2 users, userA and userB
So now I want to assign a ticket to citrix-helpdesk, but i can't select that group, only OR userA OR userB. I want to select them both, so both get the notification e-mail, just in case one of them is on holiday.
Can this be done?
