Hi,
I thinking to start using GLPI like reservation system in order to control the laptops and even the cars of the firm.
I am planning to link with AD users and make all the users post-only.Like a help desk, the users can check FAQ, incidents and reservation. I think that menu is simply exactly what I need. The user just log into , check the avaibality of some devices and ask for a reservations. But in this point, the system allows the user to book the device by himself, without any approval at all.
Can I block this some how with some settings ( i know I can always go to the code).
The behaviuor is, the user check, send an email asking for and the there is a person in charge of making the reservation.
Do you think I can achieve this workflow somehow?
