Reference error while using scriptaculous

Hello.

When I browsed glpi using Konqueror (KDE 3.5), it shows icon of a bug at right bottom corner. When I clicked on it, it shows the following errors,

Error: http://191.170.2.13/glpi/lib/scriptacul … totype.js: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: HTMLFormElement
Error: http://191.170.2.13/glpi/lib/scriptaculous/effects.js: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: HTMLFormElement

While this does not affect any working or capability (it seems to be), and glpi delivers all those fine things,
what this above error signifies ??
