Connection with OCS

Hi, I'm using OCS NG in my computer and I'm testing the integration with GLPI, when I set GLPI to work with OCS he ask me about server, database, user and password.
I entered the server IP, the database name (ocsweb by default), user (ocs) and password (ocs) but it says that couldn't connect with the OCS DB.
Am I doing something wrong? Any idea?

Thanks for answering!

Re: Connection with OCS

Is the database on the same computer?
How do you connect to the database? with unix sockets or tcp/ip?
If with tcp, is the database listen on the tcp port (mysql 3306)?

OK...just make sure it is possibile to connect from the server to your pc on the mysql port (telnet) and if the user ocs has priviledges only from localhost or from everywhere (% if i remember well).
