I'm running GLPI 0.85.
Go to ticket template management and choose a template in the list.
The first tab 'Ticket template' is empty !
Which makes it impossible to change the name or comments of the ticket template.
Name and comments neither appear in All tab.

The first tab is only for Debug.
You have the name in the top (type - name - id - entity)
You can have Comment from the list of template
