Ticket not visible to all

Hi Guys;

I have a problem, I'd like to show the tickets only at the technical to which I assign the ticket.
For example if the ticket status is nobody the tecnical profile's with login Mark can't see the ticket, and if the ticket is assigned to Bob, Mark can't see the ticket, Mark can see the ticket only if is assigned to him!
