Software / Licence for a User instead for a computer

do you have an idea how to manage a softwarelicence for a user and not for a computer ?

Floating License ... this is the fisrt case I can think.

For example to manage a license server with 200 license.

A person with a login can start that specific program at any of the 1000 computers present.

An example would be mathematica program.

So mathematica is installed on each computers  ?
You could used global license for managing such a thing I think.

Hi,

yes, floating licence is one possibility for a licence for one user on every client, but i mean you can install the software on every client you want, but you can use it only on one client at the same time.

Yes i know but in fact you do not want to know this user used this software but where the software is installed.
So floating licence is the solution.
