GLPI 0.85.2, "closeticket" task is not working

Hi all.

I have just upgraded my GLPI server to the lastest version (0.85.2) I have found several problems that I couldn't solved. Particularly, It seems "closeticket" task is not working properly. I have almost 200 tickets with "Solved" status (from March 20th) which should change to "Closed" status after running this task (daily) but the status doesn't change.

I checked the tasklog and show me the next info:

As we can see, last properly task was running before upgrade process (March 19th) Once migrated, GLPI is not running properly this task.

Could you please help me?

In the configuration of your entity, have you define the delay before closing ticket?

Hi, Yllen.

I think you are right. Anyway, I don't remember this setting in older GLPI versions. The delay was set to "never" so I set to "1 day". It seems works fine because I tried to force task and log show me the next message:

"2015-03-27 11:16    9.250 segundos       13    Tarea finalizada, procesada completamente"

Now, I have to tweak settings to work my way.
