[GLPI 0.85] Ticket aproval permissions

Since version 0.85, there is no possibility to change status of Approval on Ticket even if I am logged on as Super-Admin. The only one user who can approve/discharge is the validator.
I have checked rights on group "Super-Admin" - I have a full priviliges. After update to 0.85.1 it is the same too.
This issue was not occured in 0.84.* version.
