CSV and PDF Export Problem with GLPI.

Good day, we are using GLPI 0.84.2 and since we implement this version of GLPI can't export to CSV and to PDF. the text below is the string generated when we try to export to CSV, can any one help us?

"Nombre","Entidad","Estado","Ubicación","Fabricante","Número de serie","Modelo","Sistema Operativo","Última modificación","ID","Usuario","Contrato", "s12003521402659","Entidad Raíz","PRODUCCION","","Motorola","SYATK5073","MC659B","Windows Mobile 6.5 Profesional","12-11-2014 17:11","1 177","Help Desk","MX00003763",

We have two environments with the same version and one can export the information with any problem and the other can not.

You have the same lib in the two environments?
