Ability to get tickets through email

I haven't found an ability to create tickets using email system in last 68-1 version. Is it already done, or will it be implemented in the next release?

Currently to overcome that situation, I'm using the widely used RT ticket system to manage user emails request, and using a RT script and schellscript for glpi, I'm getting a relation between email request and the device on GLPI, this way I can maintain a record on the user request's on a certain device.
