Comercial Information

Hi,

I don't seem able to access and chance comercial information on this situation.

Creation of a Computer Template Model
Add new computer ( while filling data fields like S/N, Contacts and other I can't SETUP fields like Buy Date, Initial Date and other comercial fields ).

Is there a way to acces this information at the new computer insertion time.

This is because I've got bt lots of PC's to insert, with variable comercial information ( Date, requisition, budget etc ).

you could add the commercial information in the template.
If your template change you could modify it.

Yes I know that but that's not the question .. let me give you my case ..

I've got around 400 PC's aquired to a certain supplier.

Relative to comercial information the source money varies from the investigation project ( this is an university ), for example 20 to a student lab 5 to a department and so on.

On actual situation I'm obliged to introduce all primary computer information, and after that go to each PC and correct the comercial information.

Or do you have another suggestion ?
