GLPI 085 Windows JPG size

When loading the image in the JPG format it decreases to 500px how it can be corrected?

Hello. I know it's been 6 years already since this post. Did you ever manage to fix this? I'm using version 9.4.5 and the images are usually resized and I can't see them well.
