External link error

I attempt to create an external Link for Remote Desktop (RDP Access.rdp) but fails. In the process of download file IE give this error: Requested site non available or it is not.

what I make bad?

I need start Remote Destop tool (ms terminal server client) for a selected computer.
I followed the indications of this topic:   http://glpi-project.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=2599
for a rdp connection... but I already receive the commented error in IE selecting the link.

Server: glpi 0.65 over w2003 server and  apache.
client: win xp  and IE

With Firefox perfect.
How can I solve it so that it works with IE?
IE is installed in all the computers, Firefox only in Administrator an any other computer.
