Computer groupings/categories & Associate to documents/contracts

I am currently using "type" and "status" to organized computers, printers, devices.... and associate contract/documents to each computer, devices .... and this is quite time consuming.

A nice feature is to have an Enhanced grouping functionality of computers, printers, monitors, and devices and be able to link/associate to documents or contracts and others.  And if possibile it would be nice to have computers, devices etc to be able to have multiple groups. This feature greatly enhanced organizing options

If this connection is possible in the massive action system, it will solved the problem ?
