maybe this is not a bug itself, but i cause a lot of touble in usability, so it should be treated anyway.
What does is the meaning of the Recusive profile?
In my understanding and expectations if a user got a profile on top of entity tree structure, this profile must be valid with all its features and functionalities for all entities which are at the child levels.
If this is true, users whose profile is defined at the top and qualify them to be requester and with the recursive attribute applied, should receive notifications and followup even from tickets which belong to child entities.
This is not happening until I give explicit profile to the exact entity which the ticket is referring to. (even the same s/he has at top entity)
