Multiple Currencies

Hi,

I am using GLPI for quite some time as we are evaluating your product.

Our organization has several branches across the world and each location has its own currency.

If i want to track the financial information, i want a way to select the currency based on the entity.

This would be really useful.

Please suggest how this can be done.

I think it is really difficult because how to track the currency exchange rates for a real financial management ?

Hi,

I understand. But the objective is to capture the purchase price in the local currency only.

For example, if i select assets from Location A which is situated in USA, i would like the currency to be USD that's all.

Please let me know if there is a workaround or solution?

The objective is not real finance Management but to track to track the financial value of the asset as per the local currency.
