User logging from an external source - Google IMAP

I would like to login users from an external source via IMAP Google. Setting was probably done, but the user can not log in (with invalid user name or password error). I think, that login to Google IMAP server works - in the user list, there is added the new user that has unfortunately all fields (username, email, etc.) are blank.

What might be wrong? Thank you very much for your help. I am using GLPI 0.84.3.

Maybe no default profile is set to define default rights
