[GLPI 0.84.5] Some errors with Database XML Dump functionality.

Hello,

I have done a Database XML Dump  (Home > Administration > Maintenance > XML Dump) (that's well) but:

• It's impossible Delete permamentely the backup.xml file. Delete permamentely simply doesn't work.

• The buttons aren't drawn.

• The buttons Restore and Download are missing.

For XML, you can't have the possibility to Restore.
