Custom Fields 1.4.1 tab not accessible

Hi,

we want to use the customs fields plugin with the actual release 0.84.2 of glpi. Installation runs without any problems.
If we create some custom fields and enable the customs fields for the object (for example computer) and go to the a detail view of a computer we can't access the tab custom field because the tab custom field is not visible.
Did somebody know how to make the tab accessible so we can fill out the customs fields.

After the installation of the plugin custom fields 1.4.1 we can't access Configuration -> Category. If we try we only get a blank site in the browser
