unable to load email (POP) when mailbox contain an email !

Good morning,

Here is our environment.
     GLPI running on Windows Server. Mailbox are hosted on an Exchange 2010 Server.
     We have just make an upgrade of GLPI from 0.78.0 to 0.84.2. Software version are:
          Windows 2003 R2
          GLPI 0.84.2
          APACHE 2.2.11
          PHP 5.3.5
          MySQL 5.5

Everything worked perfectly before migration. We are using 40 receivers. All are using POP connector with mailbox hosted on Exchange 2010.

The problem occur when i push on the buton Get email tickets now (home>Setup>Receivers) button two cases:
     1) no email on queue - everything work fine
     2) 1 or more email on queue then the web page became white with error HTTP 500 Internal Error on the server http://siteweb/glpi/front/mailcollector.form.php

Look below transaction LOG (POP server side) for each case:

Case # 1:
"RECEIVED: USER myname@domain.com"
"SENT: +OK Send your password"
"RECEIVED: PASS ***"
"SENT: +OK Mailbox locked and ready"
"RECEIVED: STAT"
"SENT: +OK 0 0"
"RECEIVED: QUIT"
"SENT: +OK POP3 server saying goodbye..."

Case # 2:
"RECEIVED: USER myname@domain.com"
"SENT: +OK Send your password"
"RECEIVED: PASS ***"
"Reading message from database"
"SENT: +OK Mailbox locked and ready"
"RECEIVED: STAT"
"SENT: +OK 1 183"
"RECEIVED: RETR 1"
"SENT: ."
"RECEIVED: QUIT"
"SENT: +OK POP3 server saying goodbye..."

in debug mode do you have more errors ?
errors in files/_log/[php|sql]-error.log ?

Sorry for the delay but i don't received notification when you have done your post.

Answers:
     1) No error message in debug mode.
     2) No log file in directory \files\_log\
