Export / Import of tickets

We are moving to a fresh instance of glpi on much better hardware.  Is there an official way to export some tickets and import them into the new glpi instance?  We don't want to bring all the tickets over, just some.

Re: Export / Import of tickets

You select tickets you want on the search engine and you export it as CSV files.
After, you inject it in your database.

Re: Export / Import of tickets

Thanks yllen.  Another question:  Is it possible to reset the starting ticket ID? Instead of starting at 1, for example, we want to start at 10000 for our new helpdesk instance.

Re: Export / Import of tickets

I've made a php script to insert directly inside GLPI database with a tickets export from spiceworks
