get id the ticket

Good night,  guys, anyone know how to get the ID of any ticket that is about to be updated?

example: I click on a ticket,
               solutions guia
               choose any type of solution
               and before clicking the update button ... does anyone know how I get the ID of this ticket internally? within the source code?

Does anyone know? please guys ... just missing this detail so that I can finalize a modification in glpi

Note: my mod is the following -> I can change the status of the called according to the type of solution that the user chooses

+ My problem is just that I can only do this by placing a Fixed ID in the source code, ... and my question is this -> ANYONE KNOW HOW GET  id any ticket?
