Hello,
I have a question of it is possible to hide / block the option Request for end users so they can only create a Incident?
End users have the possibilty to create a ticket via mail and web, this works fine!
In our case only teammanager have the permissions to create a request for their department.
On this moment i have configured the categories so they are not visiable for a request, but in the main menu they can still selected the "request" option.
Does anyone have a solution?
