I would like to that the maintainers of the forum for all their hard work.

And, I would like to thank the contributors in each area for their unselfish sharing of their time and knowledge.

Without a forum such as this, and dedicated volunteers who provide answers and peer support to those with less knowledge than themselves, increased use of any software would be impossible.

I have noticed there are several focus areas in the French language areas. and the English has one large container.

Could the English language portion of the forum have specific areas for (as an example):

Installation

Configuration / Setup / Management

User issues (tech staff / self-service / etc)

Plugins / reports

Tweaks / customizing for local needs

etc?

It appears that there are many older entries that have no response. Could this be due to the volume of posts to scroll through and they are being overlooked?

I would volunteer my time if I had a good understanding of GLPI. However, since I am still struggling to learn the basics, I would be a poor resource for answers. As I gain knowledge, I hope to share what I have learned (or stumbled upon).

So, is it possible to parse out some areas of focus?
