Hi:
I have set up GLPI to authenticate against an OpenLDAP server. Authentication works fine. however, for some of my users, the email address (which is imported from the LDAP server) is erased every now and then. When I check the user, it shows no email associated with it, and i have to force an ldap resync for the user in order to get the email back.
Historical tab for the user says the following:
10349 29-10-2012 22:22 Eduardo Ortega Email add an element : Email (user@domain.com.co)
9748 27-10-2012 14:23 Email deletion of an item : Email ()
So as you see, entry 9748 is the deletion of the email data, performed by no user, so i am guessing it is done by one of GLPI's automatic actions. Entry 10349 is just me forcing the sync again.
Weirdest part is that it does not happen for all users, just a few of them. Any ideas?
