Hello,
I installed .83 and was trying to install the fusion plugin, however nothing I do seems to make it show up under Setup-plugins in the glpi user interface. I tried a few other plugins simply as a test with the same result so I am not sure where I am going wrong. I am using tar -xzvf to unpack them into /var/www/html/glpi/plugins directory. Then changing permission to 777. Logging out of GLPI and back in. Please help seem like the easiest step but I have been stuck here for days.

so in /var/www/html/glpi/plugins/ you have folders:
* fusioninventory
* fusinvinventory
* fusinvsnmp
* fusinvdeploy

Yes exactly, in addition to the others I have tried like reports etc. When I go to setup-plugins in the GLPI interface it doesn't show anything.

What version of GLPI? and what version of plugin you try to use?

I am trying to use the Fusion addon .83 +1.0 and I have now upgraded to 8.3.4
Interestingly I put the plugins in /usr/share/glpi/plugins and they are coming up. Sorry for the confusion I'm sure I made some noob mistake as I am not a Linux Guru.
