Link field with OCS-field

Hi,

how can i link a field in GLPI with a fileld in OCS ?
For example, i will link the GLPI-field 'Status' with the OCS administrative-data 'status' and if the value in the OCS-status will change,
the value in the GLPI-status will also be changed.
