Ticket Templates

Hi,

I've had a request from one of my end-users, for a Template featute when submitting tickets, and I quite like the idea.  At the moment end-users ask for xyz, and then we have to go back to them because they forgot to include some info.  if we could prompt them during the ticket creation process, that'd save time.

I'm thinking along the lines of a drop-down template list, that when they select it pads out the ticket info with some text that reminds them the minimum info they need to provide.

In my example, I'm looking for 'What and why' when requesting access to a resource.

So I'd have a dropdown list for 'Requesting Access' and then that would fill out the ticket with :

What are you requesting access to ?


Why do you need this access (at least a paragraph of reason) ?


What project is this related to ?

Obviously these would need a management GUI to create/modify/delete the options.
