Group depended announcements

Hi all,

I'm new to GLPI and use version 0.83 on windows with xampp.
Is there a way to have a certain announcement for certain groups?
To give an example.
The exchange admin needed to reboot the server and wants all technicians to know this. Is there a way to have this kind of message displayed after the technician logs in? Like you have "planning" and "personal notes", so we have a field more where we have this kind of messages.
