customize standard interface for tickets

hi everyone,

I am trying to use glpi in my job....i am reponsable for preventive maintenance of mechanical parts

I would like to create a specific ticket interface for production managers so they can prevent us of problems...



All what i want in this interface is :
title
description
assign to a specific group (for exemple electrical maintenance)
due date
parts concerned whith problems

So the standard interface that i want should not contain the field ''type'' and ''category'' ....i cant not delete them...

anyone can help me please ???

Those are most likely system fields and are not removable.
I suggest you create generic ones and just use those.  They are listed alphabetically, so name then accordingly, so they show up first by default and just ignore those on ticket creation.
