ticket.item.model on ticket mail notification.

Hi!
I´ve using GLPI 0.80 and I updated to 0.83.4 trying to get a solution.
The issue is on ticket notification I can not see ##ticket.item.model## field value.
After a couple of days looking for, I get no answer from browsing.
I´ve checked model is filled on item form (Computer and Phone), but no way to get at notification.
At /inc/notificationtargetticket.class.php i´ve found at lines 315 to 319 the code retrieving the data, but the sentence

if ($hardware->isField($modelfield) {

seems to return always false.

I´ve tried to move the line 318

$datas['##ticket.item.model##'] = $hardware->getField($modelfield);

out of the conditional, in this case I get N/A at value for model.

Anybody has the same problem?
