Hi,
to reduce notification in our company I decide to install the behaviour plugin to add new ticket status notification (assign to technician) and disable the notification for "update ticket"
All works fine but I find two issue that are very critical for us.
The first one is that: In the notification template we report the status of the ticket: If I remove all tech before adding new one the status of ticket is always assigned but the notification email status said status "new".
the second one: if I have a ticket solved and the user replay with email and GLPI ID the ticket is reset to assigned from the cron_mailgate but no notification is sended.
Can some one help me?

Hi,
For the second problem I found solution with another notification status (reopen ticket).
For the first problem this appen only when i remove the tech before reassign. If I assign the new tech and after the old tech is removed the ticket status is OK.
