Hello,
Our HR department wants to set up a process in GLPI for handling training requests:
An employee submits a training request (ticket)
the HR assigns the ticket for approval,
the employee attends the training outside GLPI and completes a grading survey (PDF) and adds it to the ticket,
The HR evaluates the employee's score (based on PDF),
The HR manager then closes the ticket.
Additionally, HR tickets should only be visible to HR users, except for the Helpdesk administrator. Currently, GLPI is used by the IT department for internal ticket management.
We are considering using the Form Creator plugin (already installed in our test environment) to streamline the request submission.
What’s the best way to configure this? Should we use a new Entity, Profile, or another method?
Thanks for your help!

Two different departments = two different entities in my opinion. HR doesn't need to see any of the IT assets, tickets, etc and IT doesn't need to see anything for HR. Give everyone a profile to create tickets in both entities but only assign profiles higher privilege profiles on the entities to the people that need them (IT technicians on IT entity and HR on HR entity).
