I'm having a somewhat strange error. It's with the recipients. The administrator email is configured and sends the test email correctly. The outh IMAP for Office 365 seems to be fine... since I haven't received any configuration errors anywhere and I've successfully accessed the email.
The problem comes when I'm configuring the recipient. I set everything as per this manual, it saves correctly, but I get an error when clicking the button to access the email folders...
When I create a request, I don't receive the email. For example, yesterday I made a couple of requests in glpi, I didn't receive the email, and just this morning at 9:04 I received the email for both requests and the error report... I don't know if it's something strange, right?
If I click on the button to retrieve requests by email now, the message "Not connecting to host" appears; error= stream_socket_client(): Unable to connect to ssl://smtp.office365.com: 587 (Unknown error) (errno=0)
I didn't get an error when configuring OAuth IMAP. In the email configuration section of notifications, I sent a test email to the administrator, and it arrived normally.
Can anyone help me, please?
