GLPI - create Hotline Profile without email notification -

Hi,
is there a possibility to copy the hotline Profile without the email notification?

Hi Heinz,

you can clone a profile using the Behaviors plugin.

Which notifications do you mean? Mail notifications in general or any specific one?
In case of a specific one: You might want to check the notifcation recipients (Konfiguration > Benachrichtigungen > Benachrichtigungen > Benachrichtigung wählen). As long as the profile hasn't been added to the recipients (or the user meets any recipient criteria), the users assigned to the profile should not receive the notification.

Hi Dillhappen (Nice Nickname),

Thanks for your reply and sorry for getting too less into details.

I want to have a profile like hotliner. This is for my boss, for having a overview of the ticketsystem.
So in this case, it is not neccessary to recieve email notifications about user and their tickets or the ongoing or change or reply of those ticket stuff.
