ITIL Catalog in Ticket

Hello,
Is it possible to limit a special catalog only can be selected or visible to create ticket by special group or person?

GLPI's Form Creator plugin lets you create specialized forms, limit access to the forms, and also enable a "Service catalog" interface for simplified interface profiles so that they can only use the configured forms and not create a regular generic ticket.
