Hello,
I have added the "Assign" right to my users in GLPI (10.0.18 and 10.0.17) to allow them to assign tickets to technicians. Each user has their own space, and they can only see their own tickets, which means:
Tickets where they are the requester.
Tickets where they are an watcher.
Tickets where they are a technician.
However, after adding the "Assign" right, I noticed a problem: some users can now see tickets they are not associated with (not as a requester, observer, or technician).
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a specific configuration that needs to be adjusted to ensure the "Assign" right doesn’t affect ticket visibility for users?
Thanks in advance for your help.

The same thing happens to me, if anyone knows why I would also greatly appreciate it.

Yes, if technicians have permission to assign tickets, they have permission to see tickets that need assigned.
GLPI 11 will change this by making the assign permission separate from the permission to see new tickets.
