[Solved] GLPI-Agent rolling back during installation

Hello Everyone,

i try to install the GLPI-Agent (Version 1.12 x64) using the MSI-Installer in our business environment. I tried it at home and it worked fine. In business environment, the Installation almost finishes and at the end the status says its "rolling back action" and redos the complete installation process. After that, the following message appears:

GLPI Agent 1.12 Setup Wizard ended prematurely
GLPI Agend 1.12 Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run Setup Wizard again. Click the Finish button to exit the Setup Wizard.

There is no explanation what went wrong or what is needed to finish the installation successfully. I tried with all different options enabled or disabled but nothing changed. I tried more than one clients, some in the same VLAN, some in different VLANs but also no change. The Installation rolls back all the time.

I found a website that suggests to install with a logfile enabled and to search in the logfile for "Return value 3". There i found the following message:

ExecSecureObjects:  Error 0x8007007b: failed to get security info for object: http:<//>192.168.237.32</> (sorry, no links allowed)
CustomAction ExecSecureObjects_64 returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)

The IP-Adress mentioned is the adress of my GLPI-Server. It seems, that the agent can't reach my server, but in the same VLAN there is no firewall between the computers and the individuall firewall on server and client is offline.

Is there anyone who can help with this situation?

I found the error with a little help vom g-bougard. He mentioned to use the vbs-script to install the agent. I modified the script to see what it is doing. So i saw, that i put the server adress in the wrong field (it is the remote field, not the local field) during the installation step. Now the Agent is installed and i am exited if it sends inventory data to the server.
