How to enable ticket mini dashboard for profile self-ervice?
I can't see mini dashboard above ticket list.

You cannot. Self-Service/Simplified Interface users are regular users that only submit tickets. There is nothing useful in the dashboards for these users.
What is your use case?

For user, if there is a mini dashboard above the ticket list like super-admin, it is very friendly for user and easy to view ticket status.

Normal users can see ticket counts directly on their home page after logging in to GLPI.
For images, you have to use an image hosting site like ImgBB and copy/paste the BBCode (for the full image, not the thumbnail) in your message.
