CSS styles displayed wrong

Hi,
after a few months of using GLPI it happened that the layouts and everything has lost its graphical setup. As if the CSS was not loaded at all.
Don´t you have similar experience? How can we fix this?

Clear GLPI server cache: From a super-admin profile (permission to update configuration), enable debug mode and go to Setup > General > Performance tab. Click the reset button under the "User data cache" section.

Clear browser cache.

If still not fixed, please provide your GLPI version and a list of plugins installed.
