Good morning, everyone,
I am a brand new GLPI user and am doing a series of tests to see if the software solution is right for me.
I would like to disable the information popup that appears at the bottom right when I go to save a newly entered asset.
I have searched in the GLPI setups however I have not found anything.
How can this be done?
Thank you all for your time.

Hi y'all,
I'm also looking to disable the information pop-up but couldn't find any option to do that...
They're frankly annoying as they only state the modification you've just made. Like... yeah, I know, I was the one doing the edit...
Also they're usually coming on top of other buttons and are, globally, slowing our work...
Thanks in advance if someone can provide us with an answer!

Check /front/setup.notification.php

"Check /front/setup.notification.php"
The information popup that is being referred to isn't a desktop notification.
"They're frankly annoying as they only state the modification you've just made."
Not really. They state if the modification you attempted to make was successful or not.
"Also they're usually coming on top of other buttons and are, globally, slowing our work..."
The location for these popups is going to be configurable in GLPI 11. You will be able to have them appear in any corner instead of only the bottom right.
If the animation is too much, GLPI will respect your computer/browser preference for reduced motion/animations.

Finally though, these popups are not able to be disabled at this point. You can make the suggestion on UserEcho though to make it an official community request and also gauge interest from the rest of the community.

Thank you for your answer.
I understand that they state if the modification was successful or not but I'd rather it popped only if something went bad, not for every one of the hundreds of changes we all make everyday in glpi....
Good to know that we'll be able to set in which corner it appears, that will be a step in the right direction.
I'll make a suggestion on UserEcho.
