Updating a Ticket does not email the ticket requestor

Hi,

I'm just getting started with GLPI.

I have tickets created from emails working. Because I use Google Workspace, I had to use the OAUTH-IMAP plugin.

When I update a ticket that was created via email, it does not send an email notification to the ticket creator.

Is that because of OAUTH-IMAP?

Or is there a setting I need to set?

I googled for this and didn't see an answer.
