Hi,
I see this option "Mark followup added by a supplier though an email collector as private" in the entity>Assistance settings. How does it work ?
I have created a supplier when i send an email with the supplier account the followup is always in public not private. Maybe a problem with the rules collector?
I use :
Criterias :
Subject email header regular expression matches /.*/
Requester exists Yes
User featuring the profile is Self-Service
Action:
Entity based on user's profile Assign Yes
My need is to insert email from supplier or internal users (use the compagny domain in their email as followup in private mode

Hello ,
Anyone , retrieve supplier emails by collector ? My supplier contact is recognize like an anonymous user and so when i disable "create of follow in anonymous mode " in my entity settings it does'not work.
