Blacklisted emails

Hi, i use GLPI now the first week and i like it realy.
But i have a problem, i work as a freelancer and want receive tickets from my clients.
But my problem is that all the mails i get from them are blacklisted.
I need a solution to control the blacklist solution and i cant add every of my custumer as a User to GLPI.
Also i dont see any blacklised mails in GLPI, i have to ckeck every time the mailbox what is realy suboptimal.

Can anyone help me ?
