GLPI does not automatically change the ticket status from "In progress (Assigned)" to "In progress (Planned)" when the technician creates a task.
The ticket remains in "In progress (Assigned)"!
However, if the task is updated, the ticket status changes to "In progress (Planned)."
But if another task is added or if the same previous task is modified, the status reverts to "In progress (Assigned)."
This issue was found after updating from GLPI 10.0.12 to 10.0.17, and it persists even after updating to 10.0.18.
